This main set got many thumbs up today from the Masters group that Barbara coaches.
Mellow 400s today, interspersed with 75s that get faster throughout the set.
This week's set looks kinda plain on paper, but it "swims" great. It allows for a tremendous amount of individual choice, but still keeps a group of swimmers together.
