One thing confuses me - he looks so controlling including his body steamline and arm look good too but way he look down - I thought you can look up like same level as waterline is |

James, you should be looking at the bottom of the pool while swimming. Years ago, they used to tell you to have the water level at your hairline and look forward (my coach used to tell me that). Not true today. Wouldn't it make sense that your body line would be better if you looked straight down and had the water level at the top of your head, with a sliver of it above the water? That way, you are able to transfer more of your energy to going forward rather than keeping your body up. |

Nah, he's right-side up. He just knows how to find "clean" water to pull on. Takes many thousands of yards with focus. |
